Privacy policy

1. Data controller

2. What data we process

The data you send through the booking form or by email: your name, the organisation or venue you represent, your email address and the content of your message. If you accept cookies, also browsing data (pages viewed, device, source of the visit and cookie identifiers).

3. What we use it for

To answer your request, send you the dossier and the technical information for the show and, where applicable, manage the booking. Browsing data is used to measure visits and the results of advertising campaigns. No profiles are built from the form data.

4. Legal basis

Your consent, given when you tick the box and send the form or when you accept cookies, and the taking of pre-contractual steps at your request (article 6.1.a and 6.1.b of Regulation (EU) 2016/679).

5. How long we keep it

For as long as needed to deal with your request and while the relationship lasts. After that it is kept blocked only for the periods in which legal liabilities may arise, and then deleted.

6. Who it is shared with

It is not disclosed to third parties, unless required by law. It is accessible, as data processors, to the providers of web hosting and email (Hostinger) and, only if you accept cookies, to Google Ireland Limited (Google Analytics and Google Ads), which may process data outside the European Economic Area with the safeguards required by law.

7. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to info@symphonyofdance.es and stating which right you wish to exercise.

If you believe the processing does not comply with the regulations, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

8. Cookies

This site does not set cookies of its own. Fonts are served from the site itself. Only if you accept the cookie notice are Google Analytics and Google Ads loaded; they set third-party cookies to measure visits and the results of campaigns. If you reject them, none of these tools is loaded.

Your choice is stored in your browser and you can change it at any time from the “Cookies” link in the footer, or by clearing the site data in your browser.

9. Security

Reasonable technical and organisational measures are applied to protect the data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration.
